1. Data Controller & Global Scope
Clear Mind is an independent digital product suite developed and operated by ALGOTYX ("we", "us", or "our"), headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information across our applications, digital publications, and website. Our practices comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679), UK Data Protection Act 2018, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
2. Data Collection & Processing Specifics
A. Time Reality Application Data (Local & Cloud Sync)
Time Reality stores events, activities, duration estimates, actual measurements, and settings directly in your web browser via local IndexedDB storage (using Dexie). Time Reality can function fully offline.
When you sign in with an eligible license, your planner data synchronizes with our encrypted Cloudflare D1 cloud database. Active stopwatch timers remain strictly local on your device.
B. Digital Workbooks & PDFs (Do I Have ADHD?)
Downloaded digital publications download directly to your local storage. Any notes, symptoms, reflections, or personal details you record in the PDF remain strictly on your local device or printed paper. ALGOTYX never receives or stores your diagnostic notes.
C. Purchases & Payment Data
Transactions are processed through authorized merchant platforms: Blink Store and Whop. Payment card processing is handled directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Stripe). ALGOTYX never handles or stores your credit card numbers.
3. Subprocessors & Infrastructure Partners
We partner only with industry-leading, privacy-conscious infrastructure providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: Application edge hosting (Cloudflare Pages), serverless computing, and AES-256 encrypted database storage (Cloudflare D1).
- Blink Store & Whop: E-commerce checkout infrastructure and software license key generation.
- Resend: Secure transactional email delivery for customer feedback and support.
- Google Identity Services: Optional OAuth authentication.
4. Your Statutory Privacy Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PDPA, you retain full rights to access, rectify, or permanently erase ("right to be forgotten") your account and synchronized cloud data at any time.
