These terms govern your access to and use of Clear Mind software, workbooks, digital publications, and cloud accounts.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service & Sale ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and ALGOTYX ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of https://clearmind.algotyx.com/, the Time Reality web application (https://timereality.algotyx.com/), and all Clear Mind digital downloads and publications.
By purchasing a product, creating an account, redeeming a software license key, downloading a digital file, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Medical & Diagnostic Disclaimer.
2. Product Licenses & Usage Rights
A. Time Reality (Version 1.x Lifetime License — $59 USD)
A valid lifetime license purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Time Reality Major Version 1.x, including minor functional updates and security maintenance patches released for Version 1.x.
- Lifecycle Definition: "Lifetime" refers to the operational and commercial lifespan of Time Reality Major Version 1.x as maintained by ALGOTYX.
- Single-User Account Binding: Each license key may be claimed by and linked to exactly one Clear Mind account. You may access your account across multiple personal devices. License keys cannot be transferred or resold.
B. Digital Downloads (ADHD Workbook & Printables — $7 USD)
Upon purchasing the Do I Have ADHD? Pre-Diagnosis Workbook & Clinical Consultation Toolkit or companion printables, ALGOTYX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, save, and print copies solely for your personal, non-commercial self-reflection or clinical consultation preparation. Redistribution, resale, or public upload is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration & Security
Access to Time Reality cloud synchronization requires creating a Clear Mind account using an email magic link or Google OAuth via Better Auth. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and must notify us immediately at support@timereality.algotyx.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Time Reality or its server APIs.
- Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction scripts against our websites or application interfaces.
- Circumvent or attempt to tamper with license verification systems or authentication mechanisms.
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive network requests.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with ALGOTYX.
5. Local-First Resilience & Availability
Time Reality is engineered as a local-first application: core backwards planning and estimation tracking function locally within your browser without an active internet connection.
Cloud synchronization, account sign-in, and feedback features depend on cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare D1, Better Auth, Resend). Online services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ALGOTYX, its affiliates, directors, employees, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our products.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
