Clear Mind, a digital product suite created by ALGOTYX, delivers all digital goods, downloadable publications, and software activation keys electronically upon purchase completion.

Because digital files (such as PDF workbooks and companion printables) are made accessible for download immediately upon order completion, and software licenses (such as Time Reality lifetime keys) are provisioned immediately for activation, these digital products are deemed fully delivered, accessed, and consumed upon transmission.

2. Standard Non-Refundable Sale Terms

All sales of digital products, downloadable materials, and software activation keys are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

We do not provide voluntary refunds, returns, or credits for:

Change of mind or personal preference after completing a transaction.
Lack of use, personal scheduling conflicts, or subjective disinterest.
Inability to use software resulting from failure to meet standard, documented system requirements.
Differences in expectations versus features that are clearly documented on our product pages and user guides.

3. Non-Excludable Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction:

European Union & United Kingdom ConsumersUnder EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Australian ConsumersOur goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund of the unused portion.

Malaysian ConsumersAll consumer transactions are governed in accordance with mandatory consumer protection standards pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Act 599).

4. Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product or Time Reality license key more than once within a seventy-two (72) hour period using the same billing details or email address:

Contact our support team immediately at support@timereality.algotyx.com or admin@algotyx.com.
Provide both Order IDs, your checkout email address, and transaction receipts.
Upon verifying that the secondary purchase is an unredeemed duplicate, we will promptly cancel the secondary license and issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

5. Technical Defects & Inaccessibility Guarantee

We are committed to delivering functional, high-quality digital products. If you encounter a verified technical defect—such as a corrupted PDF file, a broken download link, or an unredeemable software license key:

Notify our support team within fourteen (14) days of purchase with screenshot evidence.
Our engineering team will supply replacement download links, re-issue valid license credentials, or correct any backend provisioning issue.
If ALGOTYX is unable to resolve a verified technical defect preventing product access within seven (7) business days of receiving notification, a full refund may be issued at ALGOTYX's discretion.

Merchant Gateways & Payment Settlement

Transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Blink Store & Whop with Stripe). Approved refunds are remitted to the original payment method and appear on bank statements within 5 to 10 business days.
